Initiate Your Request

Log in to your Exceed account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

Drop Off Your Return

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
